SWEPPP is based on the idea that achieving sustainable well-being requires a holistic approach, aligning personal, professional, and planetary welfare. It aims to foster wellness across these three dimensions by empowering individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to enact meaningful action. Our team has developed a series of learning materials aligned with the skill-based modules of the SWEPPP Training Curriculum. Each topic is delivered through curated themes and knowledge content, accompanied by activities to deepen understanding and practical application.
Digital Balance was a transnational project that was funded by the EU – Erasmus+ Program and implemented between 2021 and 2023. The project consortium was composed of partners from Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Greece and Ireland, and was coordinated by EMG. The project’s main objective was to design, develop and implement a new approach to train VET teachers, leaders and managers in digital wellbeing.
“Digital Language Lab” project is a strategic partnership co-funded by the Turkish National Agency (THE CENTRE FOR EUROPEAN UNION EDUCATION AND YOUTH PROGRAMMES) for the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union. The project is implemented by Bursa Teknik Universitesi (Türkiye), by partnering with Istituto ad ordinamento universitario (Italy), Education Mobility Grid (Germany), El Divino Pastor (Spain), Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace Umiejetnosci Tworczych (Poland) and Uluslararası Sürekli Eğitim ve Gelişim Derneği (Türkiye).
Advancing Women in Transport and Logistics was a transnational project that was implemented between 2020 and 2023 and was funded by the EU – Erasmus+ Program. The project consortium was composed of partners from Germany, Brussels, Denmark, Ireland, UK and Poland, and was coordinated by NOT (Poland). The project’s main objective was to create high-quality training and ongoing support specifically tailored for women in the transport and logistics industry so that they have the knowledge, skills and motivation to progress in their careers and acquire leadership positions.
Digital Crossroads was a transnational project that was implemented between 2020 and 2022 and was funded by the EU – Erasmus+ Program. The project consortium was composed of partners from Germany, Denmark, Ireland and UK, and was coordinated by EMG. The project’s main objective was to build the digital skills of SME managers by (i) increasing their knowledge of the topic of digital wellbeing in the workplace and applying this knowledge to assess their current level of risk (ii) building their broad digital and entrepreneurial skills so that they better understand business productivity in the digital age and can introduce policies and practices that maximize it without compromising employees’ wellbeing.
Assessing EFL Students was a transnational project that was implemented between 2019 and 2022. The project was funded by the EU – Erasmus+ Program and aimed to determine innovative methods and tools for the assessment of EFL learners, and thereby, to bring new approaches to assessment and to contribute to the development of evaluation consciousness. The project consortium was composed of partners from Germany, Finland, Portugal, Spain and Turkey, and was coordinated by Agrupamento (Portugal).
Breaking the Glass Ceiling for Women Administrators was a transnational project funded by the EU – Erasmus+ Program and coordinated by Adnan Menderes University (Turkey) between 2017 – 2019. The project’s main objective was to identify the glass ceiling barriers that women administrators working in the education sector experience and, based on that, to develop training programs aiming at equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed in coping with such barriers.
